Context, Strategy, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives

1. Company Context:

IJTT (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established to provide high-quality processing of parts for the power transmission and engine system segments, catering to the needs of the automotive industry. Our focus is on delivering products that meet the specific demands of our automotive customers.

2. Strategy:

Our strategic approach is centered on the following key areas:


  • Propeller Shaft Business: Maintain and expand our market presence by ensuring our products are superior in capabilities, quality, and cost compared to competitors. Our goal is to serve both domestic and international customers with excellence.
  • Power Transmission Products: Plan and execute expansion into the Fly Wheel and Drive Plate markets. We will leverage our Ring Gear expertise to enhance our product offerings and market reach.
  • SQCD Foundation: Utilize SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) as the basis for planning and operational activities, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and maintaining high standards across all aspects of our business.

  • Product Excellence: Ensure that our propeller shaft and power transmission products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

5. Responsibilities:


The Managing Director or an executive representative is responsible for setting and overseeing the implementation of these policies and objectives. All employees are required to actively participate in quality assurance activities and comply with the guidelines established in this quality manual.
